When Lars came to Rooted Singing®, it was immediately clear how strong his musical background was. His tone — and his entire presence while singing — reflected that of an experienced choir singer, trained to be a perfect instrument within the collective sound. But that was exactly where his inner conflict lay: he longed for individuality, authenticity, and an expression that reflected his artistic world.

He had countless song ideas that never quite arrived where he felt them internally. He repeatedly found himself in the same dead ends — torn between perfectionism, uncertainty in expression, andthe sense that he still didn’t truly know his “own sound.

”During his Rooted Singing® training, everything began to shift. Lars learned to understand his voice not only technically, but psychologically and emotionally. He recognized mental patterns that limited his expression and learned how to consciously reprogram them. For the first time, he could feel, generate, and embody a wide range of emotions in his sound — without the internal filter that often comes from years of choir experience.

He explored his voice systematically, strengthened his unique qualities, and discovered a sound that genuinely moves and convinces. He found the essence of his music, learned to position himself clearly, brought structure into his concepts and songs, and began to plan and act with intention.

Today, Lars is an artist who knows how to use his voice and how to write and produce his music. He has built a strong musical network that truly supports his path and is now an active performing artist with a full calendar — both as a soloist and in various ensembles.
