Use “L” to prepare breath and sound for vowel formation free of tension. Already in shaping the “L,” keep your jaw low and relaxed, creating plenty of space in the mouth. Place the tip of the tongue against the inside of the upper front teeth and form a wide arch forward with the tongue. For the transition to the vowel, simply release the tongue into the position indicated by the vowel triangle/trapezoid, with the tension focused solely on the corresponding point of articulation, while the rest remains relaxed.
