With this exercise, you train blended transitions between sound registers—free from unwanted throat strain or unpleasant cracks in the voice.
Experience consciously how a deep and released breath flow is the essential foundation. The added focus here is on keeping the jaw relaxed and hanging low, ensuring equal space for all vowels. (After studying the subject of the soft palate, make sure to also actively engage the soft palate area.)
