Breathe consciously downward and outward. Feel the exhalation from your diaphragm (or the breath movement from the pelvic floor) and carry the released flow of breath into your voice. Notice the increased elasticity and control in your breath support by expanding your sides more or less as needed while singing. Optionally, use the vowel triangle/trapezoid for greater control of resonance placement.
